Before stepping into the workshop, leaders will complete a 60-minute self-assessment designed to surface current accountability practices, perceptions, and barriers across their role. This reflective exercise invites Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), District Managers (DMs), and Learning Experience Partners (LXPs) to evaluate how they define accountability, where it shows up in their leadership, and where gaps may exist.Through a mix of scaled ratings, scenario-based prompts, and open-ended reflection, participants will:Identify personal strengths and blind spots in modeling accountabilityExplore how accountability is communicated and reinforced within their teamsRecognize alignment (or misalignment) across leadership levelsPrepare to co-create a shared accountability framework during the workshopThis foundational activity sets the tone for the journey ahead—building clarity, ownership, and readiness to engage in meaningful dialogue and action.
